Sister Poetry

We are dancing the stardust
Of an exploding star
Dreaming beyond this now.
The melodies of the heavens
Joining with earth’s own harmony
Creating a new symphony of life.
The laughter of children
Cradled in the wisdom of grandmother’s arms
And embraced n grandfather’s remembrance.
Rituals of healing
Softening the tears of yesterday
While tenderly offering hope.
As new rains call the seedlings
To flower.
And we the once were
Even now
Forever in radiance.
