Stilled by the silent winter chill
Ice razored deep this waiting
Hard cold aloneness
Melting ever so slowly
Awaiting spring, awaiting life
Be born in me Christ
Forgive my bitter cold
Forgive my uncertainties
Forgive my control
Melt me then 
Take me into Your Love.
