Registration Process

Thank you for choosing to have a retreat with us. Please read the following before submitting the form below:

When scheduling your retreat, please allow a 48-hour window to process your registration and to schedule any massage or Spiritual Direction sessions appointments. The maximum amount of time you can reserve a hermitage is 14 days. We accept hermitage reservations six months in advance.

If you are unable to fill in the form electronically, please notify Chelsea Koenigs of your selected dates by email or calling 920-907-2300, then print the form and send it via the mail. This will eliminate the potential of double booking a hermitage. If you are inquiring about a potential hermitage stay via a phone call or email, Chelsea will confirm the dates are available and place a hold on the hermitage until the completed registration form arrives. The maximum hold time is one week from the initial inquiry. After the week has passed, the hold is removed from the hermitage, and it is made available to others who may be interested. When your completed form is received, the online calendar will be updated as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email.
