Dear Friends,
During this beautiful season of Autumn, we are reminded that transitions bring with them a new awareness that all is gift—given for a time, but not for a forever time.
The earlier setting of the sun invites us to rest and reflect on all that we have been given including the faithfulness of God always with us. The earth, once warm beneath our feet, is now cold waiting for the unknown, the yet unseen beauty of another season. We are being invited to view the next season of our lives in the same way—waiting confidently for the yet unseen beauty of our lives because the Creator God is still with us.
While we may grieve the passing away of what was, we give thanks that it was.
Thank God we grieve. It means we have loved and been loved.
As we embrace these autumn months, our hearts are filled with joy and peace. May love radiate from us as the majestic colors of the leaves brighten our world.
We give thanks for the gift you are.
