Private tours are available for any groups including schools, corporations, and private organizations. Based on the access routes and volatility of Wisconsin weather, we recommend scheduling tours from May through the end of October to avoid excessive mud.
Tuesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. are set aside for 45-minute private tours with a guide. Only one tour can be scheduled per day and the group maximum is limited to 70 attendees.
Prior to your tour, please view the Solar Array Presentation:
Scheduling a Tour:
Open Solar Panel Tour Calendar and check for availability. Private-school groups are indicated in dark blue. Private non-school groups are indicated in pink. Self-guided groups are indicated in black. For privacy reasons, only your first and last name initials will be entered in your reservation.
Please complete the Online Solar Tour Reservation Form. This will help us know when there will be a group on the convent grounds. If it is a private tour for a school group or another private group, a tour guide will be assigned.
Contact Chelsea either by phone (920 907-2300) or email to complete your reservation or if you have questions filling out the reservation form.
For reservations, call Chelsea Koenigs at (920) 907-2300.
CSA property is privately owned. The solar site is open for public viewing any day of the week from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We request that visitors stop at the main entrance to sign-in or call 920-907-2300 prior to touring the array. Tours of the remaining portions of our conservation easement must be scheduled in advance.
Please review the Solar Panel Tour Calendar prior to your visit to ensure the space has not been reserved for a private tour. If you are bringing a large group for a self-guided tour, please follow the steps below for scheduling a tour and indicate that you are planning to do a self-guided tour.
The self-guided tour will take approximately 30 minutes to complete using the brochure provided on site at the first marker on the path and is complemented by eight additional path markers.
For your convenience you can also download the brochure.
