The Clean your Closet for CANTERA Sale is held in Marian University’s Stayer Center Dining Room and Parking Lot (Corner of National & 2nd. Don’t look for a price tag; look inside your heart. Buyers at the CANTERA sale are asked to make reasonable donations for the items they take home, remembering that each dollar goes to support CANTERA.
CANTERA was founded in 1988 In Nicaragua by Sisters Anabel Torres, CSA and Mary Hartman, CSA. CANTERA is dedicated to developing the mind, body and soul of disadvantaged people by operating urban youth centers and preschools; rural development through experimental farms, water accessibility and housing improvement; and community development through gender equality workshops, native arts and crafts, sports, music, and dance.
Checks should be directed to “Friends of CANTERA, Inc.” a 501(c)3 organization that provided financial support for CANTERA’s programs.

Consider donating household items, tools, clothing, books, shoes, furniture, etc. (No TV’s please).
