Pray for Peaceful & Just Elections

November 03, 2020
By Sister Ruth Battaglia, CSA

We The People

National Election Day is here. We invite you share in a simple five minutes of individual contemplative silence at whatever time you choose today.

We Pray

Call our leaders and political candidates to a new level of respect and civility. Remind them that You are sovereign and that the wisest choice we can make is to serve You and serve others. May there be a new movement of collaboration and respect in our nation’s capital and throughout the country. Give Your people the strength to lead by example with radical, world-changing love.

We Act

Call Your Friends

It’s a national election day! If you’re not working at the polls, spend 30 minutes before noon today calling and writing emails to friends to double-check that they submitted their absentee ballot or that they are getting to their polling location.

Remind them that provides an easy way to see all of the contests on your ballot and provides links to the candidates' official social media sites, websites, and any key endorsements they have received to make your research easier
