Sister Kathleen joins other Chelsea neighbors to protest the United States involvement in war. They have met at the street corner for six years every Tuesday night to hand out fliers and hold up their sign.

Sister Stella Storch and Sister Kathleen attended the 10th Anniversity of UNANIMA Internation. Sister Stella, representing CSA, was one of the founding members of this UN-NGO.

Shiroma is a member of the Sister of the Divine Savor (Salvatorian Sisters). Shiroma, who is from Sri Lanka, was an UNANIMA intern for three months in late 2011 and presently continues to work there.
