Mission & Values Celebration
Why do we have an Annual Mission & Values Celebration?

The women and men who work in CSA-sponsored ministries continue the sacred service that is a hallmark of our shared mission and values.  One special week is set aside which celebrates the dedicated service that is provided each and every day.  The purpose of Mission & Values Celebration is to:
  • Affirm our commitment to mission and values.
  • Reflect on the meaning and purpose of our work.
  • Recognize that our work is larger than any department or local ministry:  we are part of the network of healing and teaching ministries sponsored by the Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes.
  • Provide creative, fun opportunities to strengthen collaborative relationships with other local and ministry-wide colleagues.
  • Serve as a catalyst to engage and energize employees around mission.
